Company's Solutions

Nano bubbles technology, an innovative technology of advanced oxidation that improves water & wastewater quality, ensuring energy efficiency and chemical reduction.
The technology is based on low-pressure (negative) gas flow and shearing macaronic film from the gas, created by high-pressure water flow.

The flow mechanism of the water separates the formed film into sub-micron bubbles - nano bubbles.
Filtoflex’s advanced robust technology is designed to generate cost-effective and sustainable Nanobubble gas to inject air, oxygen, or ozone into any liquid.

Nano bubble technology can be implemented in wastewater treatment plants and water recycling projects, including:

  • Aerobic biological wastewater treatment, creating advanced oxidation.
  • Reduction and elimination of algae and microorganisms in reservoirs, protecting irrigation systems.
  • Water and effluent disinfection, reducing biological contamination to the level required by regulations.

Prominent Case Study

Case study - Odor & Algae treatment – Poriya reservoir

The Kedmat Galil industrial area generates a significant amount of wastewater from pharmaceutical and food & beverage factories. This wastewater is collected and stored in a large reservoir measuring 35 dunams with a volume of 135,000 cubic meters and an average depth of 4 meters. The challenge was to reduce the extreme odor nuisance originating from the industrial wastewater in the reservoir that was affecting the quality of life of residents within a 5+ km radius.

The solution for this issue was advanced aeration through a floating Nano Bubble system that used ozone to treat the odors caused by H2S and CH4.

The results of the treatment were significant.

Within a few days, the reservoir changed from an aerobic to an aerobic with O2 levels in the water increasing from 0 to 1.5 ppm. Additionally, the harsh odor problem was resolved within the same time frame.
