MAAGAN FILTRATION redefining the range of 1-10 micron water filtration by implementing, for the first time, an automatic self-cleaning system for this range. Maagan Filtration owned by a Joint Venture of an Israeli and United Arab Emirates entities.

Our innovative filtration offers the best filtration degree with un-parallel low operational costs, due to less energy, wastewater and maintenance, while been the most sustainable filter available.

Company's Solutions

Our Fiber Disc Filter offers unique solution for diverse applications of water treatment and filtration.
Suited for Municipal usages both of drinking water filtration and wastewater treatment. Including pre-RO for desalination of brackish and sea water.

Well adequate for various Industrial water applications, in variety of industries. Ensuring suitable process water, enabling re-use of industrial used water and treatment in wastewater.

Offering unique solution for both Aquaculture (mainly RAS - inland facilities) and Agriculture (greenhouses, vertical growth, general pests control and much more).

Our filters, has the lowest on going operational costs, as we demand very little energy (can work by gravity), less water for Backwash, no chemicals and close to zero maintenance.

Due to our operational characteristics, the way our filtration media (fibers) constructed and they recyclability of all our parts (including the fibers), we are the most environmentally friendly filter available (producing zero waste for landfill).

Prominent Case Study

We have multiplied case studies in various applications in the Municipal, Industrial and Agricultural segments.

A prominent case study is a case study we perform in a Brackish water desalination plant, that has many filtrations related problems due to high Sand, Iron and Managize particles, resulting in frequent replacement of the pre-RO Cartridges (rate of every 3 weeks) and also rapid replacement of the RO membrane (every two years).

We have compared our filtration results both to 10 micron screen filter test that run also and to existing two stage solution of 25 micron screen and 1 micron Cartridges.

The results were conclusive, as we had better removal rates than any other alternative, down to 1 micron. Our operational costs were lower as well, mainly to less backwashes demand and low consumption of energy.
